They are the Uganda National Academy of Science calling for donations. This is the USA. STOP CALLING!!

How does this person get or select the cell # to send text messages. Or does he get it through a site subcribed to?

I called the number back and it was a telemarketing line. One of the options is to take your number off their call list! Hope that helps.

I want them to stop calling my phone I do not know how they got my name and number. I would like to know why when you call back this number it tells you it is disconnected.When they just called from this number

Called my home; I never pick up from house phone anymore, sadly. 95% of my calls are hangups, fundraisers, or etc. I use cell phone for everything. Like most of these companies, this one hung up when it detected no human voice. Sometimes now they even hang up without waiting for voice machine. According to another poster above: Call is from Donor Care Center in Ohio. They are nonprofit fundraising experts. I will not be answering this number as usual!! Piece of crap can't speak english. Claims to have an american name. Paul Smith, saying time sensitive and if not god bless.

Keeps calling every day and will not leave a message...has been going on for about a week now.

Call was abandoned when I answered. Third abandoned call from Target this week, all from different numbers. One was identified only as Minneapolis MN on my caller ID. The other displayed as Target Visa. Our company has no business dealings with Target, nor do we own any credit cards.

Calls all the time, usually ignore...today got fed up and answered. Conversation went as follows: Me: Hello? Them: My I speak to Sarah? Me: Who is calling? Them:....ah...Colby. Me: With? Them: ...ah...Shell. Me: I don't know a Sarah, have been getting calls from this number for a long time, it's a cellphone, stop calling. Them: I'm sorry, I must have the wrong number. END. I don't have a Shell account, never have, don't know who they are looking for. Don't like the hesitancy in her voice....obvious lies.
